Returns

We accept returns on anything un-used within (30) days from when you received your purchase.  Parts/ components that have been installed or used can be ONLY be returned/exchanged if they were defective, had a manufacturing issue and require replacement, etc.  Items that were damaged due to improper assembly (or use) will no be returned for full credit, but we still may be able to help.

Any issues from defective/damaged products, or any shipping errors or damage, we will absolutely cover return shipping costs. 

If you've simply changed your mind about something, or purchased something you didn't intend to (the wrong color/ wrong version/ etc) then we ask you to cover any return shipping charges.  Just email us at: [email protected] and we'll walk you though any exchanges/refunds/return labels you may need.  Higher dollar returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect, or error on our behalf, may be subject to a modest single digit % restocking fee. This isn't a penalty, it's just to cover what we loose processing the initial order and any refunds/returns.
